Welcome to my Art Psychotherapy page,

I understood my desire to help people at a deeper level early in life. On the other hand, creating through the use of arts has always been personally meaningful. Combining psychotherapy with creative expression was therefore an ideal union for me.

I completed a Master's in Art Psychotherapy in 2013 in London, where I worked as an art psychotherapist for 8 years at the NHS, in Community Services and Charities. At the moment I dedicate myself  to the private practice of Art Psychotherapy, whether in individual and group therapy, in person and online.

My practice focuses on values of inclusion, respect for difference and confidentiality. My goal is to offer a safe, welcoming and creative space, to help people free themselves from their emotional suffering and find their own path of personal growth and wellbeing.

If you would like to start therapy or to further discuss this possibility, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
